j9999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to j9999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and j9999 ("j9999," "we," "us," "our") regarding your use of the j9999 platform, including the website at j9999.im, any mobile-optimised versions of the site, and all betting, casino and gaming services offered through them.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or participating in any game on j9999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If there is anything in these Terms that you do not agree with, please do not use j9999.

j9999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. If you continue to use j9999 after changes are posted, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly before any major PSL season or promotional period when specific additional terms may apply.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account on j9999, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j9999 strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18. If we discover an account belongs to an underage player, that account will be closed immediately and all funds will be dealt with in accordance with our legal obligations.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf — not a corporate entity, trust or representative acting for a third party.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with j9999 or any related gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and any identity documents we request during the verification process.
• You must not already hold an account on j9999. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to exploit bonuses, circumvent restrictions or for any other purpose — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

j9999 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point before processing a withdrawal or if we have reasonable grounds to question your identity. This may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven days may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

j9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. j9999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match your registered name, it will be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

j9999 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. j9999 is not responsible for any fees charged by Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank or any other payment provider. Deposits denominated in foreign currencies are not accepted — all funds must be sent in PKR.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your j9999 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500 for all methods.
• Your account must have passed KYC (identity verification) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within two minutes of your request being submitted.
• IBFT bank transfers are processed within one business day during banking hours Monday to Friday.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on your card issuer.

j9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than your typical activity, if we identify an unusual pattern in your account activity, or if there is any reason to verify the source of funds. In such cases, the withdrawal will be held pending document review and you will be notified by email.

Withdrawal of bonus funds is only permitted once the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is complete will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account, with only your original deposit-derived balance remaining eligible for withdrawal.

5. Betting Rules and Settlement

The following rules apply to all sports and cricket betting markets on j9999, including PSL betting, international cricket, esports and any other event-based markets we offer to Pakistani players:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except in circumstances described below.
• j9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, where a technical fault caused odds to display incorrectly. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly in such cases.
• For cricket markets, including PSL, if a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying overs are bowled (five overs per side in T20 format), all match winner markets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets that settled before abandonment — such as toss winner — will stand.
• In-play bets placed after an event has concluded due to a broadcast delay or data feed error will be voided. j9999 is not responsible for bets placed on information that was delayed relative to the actual event.
• Bets will be settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for PSL, this means the Pakistan Cricket Board's official result. j9999 will not settle bets based on unofficial sources.
• Maximum payout per event per player is Rs 50,00,000 (fifty lakh rupees) unless otherwise stated for a specific market.

6. Live Casino Game Rules

The following additional rules apply specifically to j9999's Live Casino products — including Live Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and all other live dealer games:

• Live casino games are operated by third-party live dealer studios (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live). The rules of each individual game are governed by that studio's official game rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, j9999's system will record your last confirmed bet. If the round has been dealt and settled before reconnection, the result will stand. If a technical fault on j9999's side prevents proper settlement, the hand will be voided and stakes returned.
• Any attempt to exploit technical glitches, game errors or communication delays to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any gains obtained through such exploitation.
• Live casino games are excluded from welcome bonus wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

j9999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players throughout the year, including during the PSL season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address and device. If multiple accounts within the same household claim the same bonus, all claims beyond the first will be voided.
• The standard wagering requirement for j9999 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable PKR.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting contributes 100%, Live Casino contributes 20%, and slots contribute 100% unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period without notice.
• j9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and begun wagering will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposite bets across multiple accounts to guarantee the wagering requirement is met — will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts involved being permanently closed.

8. Responsible Gaming

j9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players. We provide the following tools as part of our responsible gaming framework, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much PKR can be deposited into your j9999 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds within a defined period. When reached, further betting is automatically suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or hard limits on how long you can remain logged into j9999 within a single session.
• Reality Checks: Enable timed pop-up notifications that summarise your session performance and duration at intervals you choose.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a minimum period of six months, up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. All promotional communications are suspended during self-exclusion.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j9999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods to fund your j9999 account.
• Creating more than one j9999 account for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses.
• Colluding with other players on j9999 to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or market.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, make decisions or interact with j9999 games on your behalf.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches or miscalculations in odds, game logic or payment processing on j9999.
• Providing false or misleading information during account registration or the KYC verification process.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets on the basis of information not publicly available at the time of the bet.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your j9999 account by any person who is subject to a self-exclusion agreement, who is under 18, or who is otherwise ineligible to use the platform.

j9999 uses sophisticated fraud detection and pattern analysis tools. Accounts flagged by these systems may be restricted pending manual review. We will always notify affected players and provide an opportunity to explain any flagged activity before taking permanent action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the j9999 platform — including but not limited to the j9999 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, written content and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of j9999 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use j9999 for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, sell or exploit any content from j9999 without our prior written permission. This includes scraping or systematically extracting odds data, game results or any other structured data from the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

j9999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime — particularly during high-demand events like PSL matches — we do not guarantee that j9999 will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j9999 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or expected returns arising from service interruptions or technical faults.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on j9999, including odds, statistics or predictions.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider, banking system or Pakistani telecommunications infrastructure.
• Losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits j9999's liability for death, personal injury or fraud resulting from our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Amendments to Terms

j9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon posting on this page, unless we specify a future effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a j9999 player — we will provide at least seven calendar days' notice by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of j9999 after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your remedy is to stop using j9999 and request withdrawal of your remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

13. Contact and Dispute Resolution
