You can request permanent account closure by emailing support@j9999.im or by using the Self-Exclusion option in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, which takes effect instantly. If you are closing your account due to a gambling concern, we strongly recommend using the Self-Exclusion route — it is faster and includes immediate marketing suppression. Any remaining balance is available for withdrawal after identity verification.

KYC is only triggered when you request your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (both sides) and a selfie holding the CNIC.
